When I first met Matthew I wasn't sure if he was the right solicitor for me as he seemed quiet laidback but I soon came to realise that he was the best person for the job. Matthew and and his team were very helpful in a difficult separation, they were always at the end of a phone if I had any worries or additional problems, getting them sorted without delay. Warners Solicitors listened carefully to my side, understanding my position and what I would like to achieve with my divorce in relation to my own needs, and explained to me in great detail where I might have a legal case to support this position. They then proceeded in an exemplary manner to take me through all of the legal twists and turns of the divorce process and represented me with great expertise in person at a Financial Dispute Resolution hearing in front of a judge in court. This essentially turned the tide on my ex-wife's excessive asset-split demands and paved the way for a reasonable negotiated settlement between us. Though the process has been long, highly complicated, and not without significant cost, I will always be extremely grateful for the legal representation that Warners Solicitors extended to me - highly professional, legally knowledgeable, and very creative where required - I recommend them extremely highly to anyone who is seeking legal representation. I would also like to add that I was represented by Matthew Warner and Charles Tennant, working in partnership.

I can and have recommended the Family Team at Warners to anyone going through a divorce. I have dealt with two members of the family team Matthew Aves and Charles Tennant. There were aspects to my situation that needed my matter to be expedited. From the initial discussions with Matthew Aves initially with what I could only describe now as the quickest divorce I have heard of. Being married for 20 years you would expect thing would take time, Matthew assessed the situation gave advice and within nine months divorce settlements were agreed, my outlook on this is the advice received was invaluable as was his experience. Charles then stepped in on my case regarding children matters as at the time he was covering for Matthew and again I can only say positive things about the assistance and advice received from Charles. The situation where my ex removed consent for me to travel abroad with the children one week before I was due to leave. With Charles's help and guidance, this matter went to court proceedings as an urgent hearing with a positive outcome for the holiday and a part two of future holidays. Once we returned from our trip abroad the next hearing was set and again with Charles help I was well prepared and a positive outcome with the appropriate orders now in my possession.
