The teamwork was exceptional.
When we first contacted Warners Solicitors with a view to instructing an easement specialist, we had no idea that we would have the pleasure of interacting with a conveyancer as experienced and accomplished as Mark Davis. Our matter was a complex one with difficult opponents, but Mark took everything in his stride, working meticulously to achieve the result we sought. His expertise was such that he managed to get our opponents to soften their unyielding stance, largely, in recognition of his greater knowledge. In all our dealings, we found Mark to be very responsive and when he was not around, we could always rely on Melanie Davis and Ben Wright for information or advice. The teamwork was exceptional. That would be praise enough, but we have something else to be extremely grateful to Mark for: when we were left in the lurch by another firm of solicitors, Mark came to our rescue at very short notice, working over an August bank holiday to enable us to meet a crucial deadline. Needless to say, this kind of service is extremely rare, especially these days, and Mark will always have our gratitude for helping us out of a potentially disastrous situation. Thank you, Mark.
