Following her move to the UK, Magdalen worked for Citizens Advice as an advisor providing help and support on a wide variety of social welfare issues. During her casework roles Magdalen has received positive feedback from clients for her empathetic approach and good outcomes achieved for their cases. Magdalen was always interested in working with individuals, especially vulnerable people who struggle to access support. She enjoys helping clients to improve their position and enforce their rights. Magdalen completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in 2023.

Support with Social Housing Case

The TV Edwards team provided outstanding support in helping my disabled brother with his homelessness claim to the Local Authority. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise. All of our queries were answered promptly, and we always felt informed about the progress of the case. Important steps were not delayed and my brother’s circumstances were clearly and effectively presented to the Local Authority. The team handled everything with great professionalism and sensitivity, particularly given my brother’s vulnerability. Housing

Tv Edwards helped me when I needed it the most. I was very worried about my housing case until I was able to get help from them. Definitely a friendly service. They made me feel at ease.
