I was pleased with the advice given to me by Trudi. She explained clearly the difficulties that might ensue if my original plan had been followed. Head over heart is probably the best maxim in legal matters! She was understanding and clear in her explanation and reasoning.

We were very pleased with the quality of the service and friendly welcome at the office. The solicitor who spoke to us listened attentively and sympathetically as well as providing us with clear and detailed answers to our questions. The will was drawn up accurately according to our instructions, any typographical errors were corrected swiftly. After our initial interview, we sent in some details via e-mail, it would have been better to have sent a personalised acknowledgement rather than just an automated reply. Changing our wills was a distressing experience for us, owing to a personal tragedy, but the whole process was made as painless and uncomplicated as possible, which was a great relief.
