Education

Exceptional SEND Tribunal support from Charlotte, and Geldards!

Charlotte Middleditch and the Geldards education team were outstanding throughout our son’s EHCP appeal. From the beginning, Charlotte was calm, clear and completely focused on achieving the right outcome for our child. She understood the emotional pressure we were under as parents, but also kept everything practical, strategic and moving in the right direction. Her advice was always clear, honest and reassuring. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. Charlotte took the time to understand our son’s needs properly, worked closely with the evidence, pushed the case forward firmly, and kept us updated at every important stage. We always felt that she genuinely cared about the outcome, not just the legal process. The result was everything we had hoped for. The local authority agreed the key sections of the EHCP and the specialist placement our son needed. That outcome will make a huge difference to his future. We’re incredibly grateful to Charlotte, Adam and the wider Geldards team for their professionalism, commitment and kindness. For any family going through the SEND Tribunal process, especially when the stakes feel so high, I couldn’t recommend Charlotte and Geldards highly enough. They gave us clarity, confidence and ultimately secured the right result for our son.
