McKeag and Co acted for me on the sale of a property while I was acting as Attorney for a relative. I received strong and clear advice on all issues and they demonstrated a thorough and authoritative understanding; it was an unregistered title which they dealt with efficiently and without fuss. As a retired solicitor myself, with experience in the distant past of unregistered conveyancing, I feel better placed than most clients to give a fair evaluation. I always had very prompt responses to all correspondence and never had to chase any updates. The professional fees involved represented good value for money.
I’ve used McKeag & Co previously and always received a great service. In particular, communication is key and regular emails for updates and queries suits well for progressing each sale. Lisa has always been a friendly and very effective point of contact. All in all a good service.
