I received strong and clear advice on all issues and they demonstrated a thorough and authoritative understanding; it was an unregistered title which they dealt with efficiently and without fuss. As a retired solicitor myself, with experience in the distant past of unregistered conveyancing, I feel better placed than most clients to give a fair evaluation.
