I had struggled to find a solicitor to deal with an estate which consisted of a property that was purchased in the 1920’s and which had never been registered. After approaching many firms, Sigourney Rutkowski from Leonard Gray was the first solicitor to recognise the unusual deeds as such. Sigourney gave me sound advice, and later passed me on to John Appleby for conveyancing purposes. John expedited matters surprisingly swiftly, thus facilitating a sale and saving the estate further expense. I am very thankful that I found this firm: I found them online, and was a little wary as I had no knowledge or personal recommendations to go by, and they are not based locally. Now, after my experience, I would recommend Leonard Gray without hesitation.
