    My experience has been on the receiving end of high level of efficiency, transparency, communication, attention to detail and feeling safe and secure in their hands. Their charges have not been excessive and they have actually endeavoured to keep costs down where possible with compromising the quality of the standard of work.     Excellent for buying a Freehold

    I have used Frettens before to handle Probate and a house sale / purchase. I have always found them good. This time I decided to use them to buy a Freehold on a London based property while I was living abroad. Niki Adkins and her team were 1st rate with clear advice, guidance and fair transparent pricing. It was a pleasure to use them and I also received super positive feedback from the other people involved in the purchase.

    Great service

    Despite a difficult process and very poor communication from the leaseholder, Kerry and Niki were excellent and succefully completed the extension of my property lease I the shortest possible time.

    This was a great straightforward experience, Frettens laid out the process and kept us informed of the progress.
