I never write reviews but I had todo this as I have such a really great experience from start to the end. Charlotte was totally amazing and extremely compassionate whilst dealing with my divorce after a long marriage which included mental and financial abuse. Her advice was considered and thoughtful to reflect the situation especially with the children. I would highly recommend Charlotte she was fantastic throughout with a very satisfactory result.

After splitting with my wife I knew i was going to need good legal representation ahead of an impending divorce. I was recommended to use Sinclair Law by a friend, who had a separation herself. And spoke highly of the firm. Right from the gate my wife initially just wanted to buy me out of our house without divorce, but was quickly talked into filing by her own local solicitors, this was 1 week before I was once again diagnosed with a recurring Brain Tumour and was set to have a second surgery. Obviously I was in a panic, not only for my livelihood but my actual life. Charlotte was supportive and understanding of my situation and quickly go to action in responding to my wife's application. Supporting me through my situation and having to undergo chemo and radiotherapy they believed I was in no form to fight a messy divorce at that moment in time, even though things looked to go more in my favour than my wife's. Rather than pushing me to go ahead with the process like other firms would do for more money, Charlotte put my health and wellbeing first which I appreciated. From a teenager in high school and into my A-Levels including Law, my ambition was to go on to university and do a Law degree and train to become a Solicitor. Then past experiences, put me off and I chose a different route. Charlotte and the firm reignited that passion and I appreciate how professional yet compassionate they were through the entire situation. In the end, my wife and I made amends though still separated, she decided to stop the divorce process and even then, Charlotte didn't "push" me to proceed and supported my decision to end the legalities between me and my wife For the sake of my mental and physical well-being. I am still fighting Cancer, and currently in speaking terms with the woman who filed divorce at the worst time of my life. But should anything come back to the surface I wouldn't hesitate to give Charlotte the call as I wouldn't want anybody else in my legal corner, than her. I also had a free video call with Sandra Sinclair herself prior to using the firm and she made me feel confinent and "listened to" so like my friend before me, I would recommend Sinclair Law without hesitation.
