I have dealt with Shacklocks on several occasions and each time I have found a personal touch to their service, the legal knowledge is excellent, but you can ask questions and get specific answers during your meetings, a luxury not found with some of the cheaper on-line solicitors.

I rewrote my Will with Thomas, every step of the process was explained in language I could understand It was completed in a timely manner I had an extra question so Thomas arranged for me to see his conveyancer colleague to see me and she explained how I could solve the issue very clearly

Very Professional and extremely friendly in both my dealings with Tom during probate after the passing of both my mother and father. The same applies with Will in conveyancing, dealing with the sale of my late fathers property. Was always contactable when I was chasing progress with the purchasers legal team. I found that Shacklocks are not just professional in how they operate, but they come across as very friendly and make it feel like a family affair when carrying out our meetings.
