I used Mullis & Peake for the conveyancing of flat as well as a lease extension. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the conveyancing solicitor throughout the process; I felt that communication was prompt and that my case was being looked after. As a first time buyer the process was overwhelming at times and the leasehold complicated, but the solicitor was available to discuss matters on the phone and advise the next steps which was reassuring. There was good communication between the conveyancing and lease extension solicitors so that the time-sensitive legal process was conducted correctly.

I would like to thank Paul Fursman, Shelley Fitzpatrick & Sophie Williamson for their invaluable help throughout a very stressful time. As a first time buyer and dealing with the unknown world of leasehold properties, they explained the legal jargon in an accessible way for myself and partner to understand.
