Legal advice re disposal of a business and my employment
The firm was engaged by me to advise me personally on multiple issues regarding the disposal of the family business (of which I was one, minority shareholder) and the associated termination of my employment as Managing Director of the company. The expertise of multiple team members was drawn upon to assist, and I found all to be approachable, empathetic, highly capable and responsive. Special mention to Tim Jones, who was my principal contact - he was entirely supportive throughout the process, blending a warm, personal service with complete professionalism. He was even good enough to meet me at short notice on a Sunday morning (via Teams) to offer his advice.
