I was a joint executor with Kirwans for my mother. After her death I contacted Kirwans and was pleasantly surprised at how well they handled everything. I say surprised because at the same time my brother was struggling as an executor for his late father in law with his solicitors. However Sara Bellringer was great. She took over and handled everything. Obviously I had to supply information for her to be able to proceed but she was always very clear in asking for what she wanted. I can only say that given the completed forms she asked me to sign and information she asked for I would have been lost without the work she did. It took less than 9 months following my mothers death to conclude matters and the only reason it took that long was because of the way some of the financial institutions behaved in not responding in a timely manner.

Also, thank you to El on reception for always cheering me up when I came into the office. The shock has warn off now that its all mostly done and I am so greatful for it. It has been a terrible few years and i couldn't have got my life back up and running without you all. I'm finally looking forward to the future for me and my wonderful sons!

My brother died in Feb 2025,and I appointed Kirwans Solicitors to deal with his Estate. I then decided to update my own Will and get LPOA for Health and Welfare set up. I used the Moreton Office,and Sara Bellringer was my solicitor. All the office staff were welcoming,and Sara was excellent. She explained everything in detail,giving me clear legal advice and answering questions that I had. She kept me informed about costs and time scales etc. Sara was very thorough and efficient,my appointments were on time. Everything went to plan. I was very happy with the care and attention I received from Sara and the whole team. And would happily recommend Kirwans to anyone in need of a Solicitor.

It was very daunting and my first encounter having to deal with Probate and my late Mothers will. You worry things will be handled efficiently but with empathy. I couldn't of hoped for a more knowledgeable and instructive guide and solicitor in Sara Bellringer. If I stumbled with paperwork or questions, Sara advised me with great help in every matter.
