My sister and I (trustee's) were faced with the daunting task of trying to resolve a number of legal and tax issues with our nephews trust fund. Despite this taking over a year to resolve, due in the main to HMRC delays in responding we have now finalised all matters satisfactorily. I found Hannah and the team to be most professional and helpful at all times, and really value the service and advice they provided. I contacted Myerson as I was unable to find a solicitor in Ireland to deal with UK probate for my father's estate, and several UK solicitors had not taken on the case. There was a possible complication with domicile. Clara Staunton initially, then Hannah Owens were friendly, helpful, efficient, proactive in dealing with the case, kept us informed all through the process, followed up without prompting from us and indeed prompted us when needed. It was a pleasure to deal with Hannah and Clara and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
