New wills
We came to see Melody to make new wills and we were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. It turned out to be a lot more complicated than we first thought but she led us through the steps clearly and professionally. Thanks very much.

Charity will
Melodie skilfully steered me through the process of writing my will through the charity arrangement. Everything went smoothly except that Howells send out their draft wills as a pdf which means that you cannot alter it yourself and resend back to Howells. This meant a second visit which really would not have been necessary otherwise.

Free wills support
Enquired with Howells to draft a pair of wills using Free Wills scheme to leave a donation to charity. We were contacted quickly and offered a range of dates and times. Melody was punctual, friendly, and professional. She completed the work we spoke about quickly and accurately. All in all a brilliant job that we would recomend to anyone

Probate
Melodie was very helpful with our application for probate following mums death. She explained the system and what information was required. She was readily available for any queries we had. I would definitely recommend her.

New will and probate
Because my partner had passed away, I had to have probate and a new will as he was my executor. Both were dealt promptly and efficiently. Melodie, from the paralegal team was very easy to talk to and I would not hesitate to use them again.
