This was a difficult exercise but Melode did very well.
She kept us informed and was very helpful. We will certainly use Howell's again for legal matters

Will completed via home visits
Melodie was great, she visited me to prepare my Will, was very thorough & explained everything, she then return with a colleague for me to sign the Will.

Making our wills
After the decision to make a will- thank goodness we went to Howells & saw Melodie. She was so lovely, efficient, professional and very mindful while dealing with a very personal delicate subject. Very happy with the easy way the wills were done & I will highly recommend this firm and the way Melodie put us at ease and answered lots of questions putting us at ease. Thank you again for a wonderful service with the added bonus of a house visit.

Intelligent support
After the death of my husband, 3 years ago, I wanted to check that my will & lasting power of autorney were up to date & in order.
Melodie sensitively supported me through this process in a sympathetic & friendly manner.
I was treated with respect & offered assistance (by carrying my coffee cup ) making it possible to move around the reception area with dignity.
When I was unsure of the action to take with my financial matters I was given the time & oportunity to contact Melodie & speak to her direct.
I felt that I was treated as an intelligent adult with respect .
