Excellent house sale process
I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons solicitors as they acted for me on the sale of my property. I found the app to be a useful tool in communicating directly with the solicitors. They kept me well informed through a difficult sale process at times and were supportive throughout and I felt they were always working for my best interests in as speedy but appropriate way as possible.

Patience and Determination of my Solicitor

Conveyancing Service
In all, the service was good / very good, with some blips at the beginning and communication flaws due to staff transfer of information in a case of maternity cover.
However, things got back on track overall and we were pleased with the new solicitor's responses to matters moving forward.

Excellent service

Juneeta is brilliant!
I had quite a complex move and I really don't think I would be sat in my lovely new home now without Juneeta. There are simple things that really matter like communication, I always knew what was going on, if I rang Juneeta she answered the call straight away and updated me on everything. My buyers and sellers solicitors both commented on how quick and efficient she was. If something needed doing it was done and I had total trust, timescales and conformation of everything going on either via the app or sometimes on email as Juneeta knew I was rubbish with technology.
This was an enjoyable and novel experience of working with a conveyancer as in all my other house moves I have been left in the dark and constantly chasing, not this time everyone knew what was going on, my estate agents, sellers estate agents, vendors, buyers and their solicitors all because of Juneeta. I will forever be grateful of that support, she is an outstanding Solicitor!

A professional and human service, with a great App.
Juneeta John of Rowlinsons Solicitors was extremely patient, thorough and kind during my rather convoluted purchase. I really appreciated the simple fact that Juneeta actually answered the phone whenever I called. Rowlinsons Solicitors are possibly the most professional conveyancing firm I have dealt with, and I especially like the App!
