I was lucky to pick Accident Solicitors Direct based on the reviews they had, I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service and help they have given me. Chris Chappell came out to my house to see me when I came home from hospital, he even went to the site of the accident to take photos too. Chris kept me informed all the way through the process with calls, emails and post. We went to court and won the case, there was then an appeal which took a year to resolve, but in the end Chris and his team came through for me. I wish to thank you all for such a great service.

Professional and knowledgeable
Chris came to see me at home the very next day after I called, which I was really pleased about as I couldn't drive at the time due to my accident, he was very professional, knowledgeable and straight forward.
