Sale and purchase of properties

Victoria was fantastic from start to finish with my house sale and purchase. She followed up promptly on all requests via phone or email, explained things that I didn't understand and remained very calm when having to deal with a challenging buyer and his solicitor :-)
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victoria to anyone moving house and have already done so, as my daughter is now buying her first property with Victoria's instruction.

Sale of late mother’s property/probate
I was selling two properties, renewing the lease on one and dealing with the other that was in probate. It was all very stressful. At one time I had six solicitors in my life and I wish they had all been Victoria. She was unfailingly professional and always ahead of the game. Highly recommended.

Victoria hands is exemplary
We bought and sold in 2022 and used Victoria in a former firm and when I needed to sell in 2024 I searched the internet to find her at MLP Law.
I honestly would not use anyone but Victoria, her efficiency, attention to detail, ease of working with and ability to get the job done is what sets her aside! We completed in 5.5 weeks from start to finish simply brilliant!
My mum will be using her next for her own purchase, and I recommend her to anyone I know! You wont regret choosing Victoria, 5*
