Gemma graduated from the University of Plymouth with a LLB Honours law degree and subsequently studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Exeter. Gemma completed her training contract with Woollcombe Yonge, a local law firm, and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Once qualified, Gemma continued to specialise in private client work and remained with Woollcombe Yonge until June 2016 when she left to join Wolferstans as a Partner. Gemma is a full member of STEP and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly SFE).

Initial meeting was with Charlotte, who patiently asked me questions and took me through the process in a professional and friendly manner. Gemma took over the matter (Charlotte went on maternity leave) and completed the process. In fact, all the staff I met or talked to on the telephone were friendly and competent at their jobs.

Wills are a difficult subject to talk about nevermind writing. Wolferstans make it easy and stress free with their personal and service skills ensuring you are fully aware of how to proceed and cutting through the legal 'jargon' that can put some people off writing (and paying for) a Will.

Solid Legal advice and sensitive moral support
I spoke to Gemma a couple of times on the phone before becoming a client, and it was the fact that she was willing to do so that gave me the confidence to engage her.
She was extremely response to all my contacts and emails, amd this was invaluable to me, she understood the pressure I was under in the Probate process.
She gave me the confidence to deal with areas of Probate where I felt competent, and this enabled me to keep control of costs.
