My experience using Stephensons Solicitors has been nothing short of exceptional.
The case I had brought to them was successfully won at court, but regardless of the outcome I still would have been completely satisfied with how my case, and I, was handled though out.
Cameron Stubbs took responsibility for my case and provided me with everything I needed, with clear instructions and reassurances when required. I immediately felt I was in good hands and I was not disappointed.

excellent service
I wanted to express my thanks and gratitude to Stephensons Solicitors and give particular thanks to Cameron Stubbs, who was our solicitor in our case. Cameron was very professional in his approach and talked us through every step. He kept us up to date with the case throughout and was very supportive. He showed empathy and compassion during difficult times and clarified points at each stage so there was clear understanding for all concerned. We worked very well as a team and I felt I was able to reach out at any time with any questions and there was always a timely response, I very much felt involved and was fully versed on the whole process. Excellent service
From the first contact with Cameron I knew I was in safe hands. Having charges put against me came as a shock and caused immense stress. Cameron instantly put me at ease, he was understanding of my situation and supported me throughout. He was knowledgeable about both the legal and professional processes, and helped me make informed decisions, particularly around making a self referral to the NMC. I’m relieved at the positive outcome in my case and can’t thank Cameron enough for his work.

Factual accuracy check with CQC
We received our report, the score did not match the content of the report. We wanted to challenge it but were not sure how to. We turned to Stephensons' solicitors. We were assigned, Cameron Stubbs. From the first contact to the end, we found them to be very professional. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the process. He was very accommodating and it was not a problem to reschedule the meeting around our time. We got our desired outcome after Cameron got involved. I would definitely recommend Stephensons solicitors.
