Found this company on google - I called up today to ask for costing of services and advice for my father which has hearing/speaking difficulties. I was then rudely told that he should call back and they cannot offer any advice without him calling. They would not take my details even for somebody to call me back. It's Awful that my father that is elderly should be treated this way. when I tried to explain surely some advice on the process should be given before my father decides on the matter, the receptionist quite rudely said this is not possible hung up. We would rather use a company that actually cares about its customers and wants to help. They clearly do not care.
