Excellent
Excellent service from JWP solicitors. Especially to Melissa, sammy and the barrister they used for my case Emily. These 3 was amazing all the way through from start to finish and they got me the result that I wanted. Would highly recommend these for anyone that is in need of a family law solicitor. Excellent compassion and care
Melissa was professional, kind and compassionate from the start. She cared about the details of my case and remembered important issues throughout our interactions. This made me feel Melissa took me very seriously and it validated my many concerns about the legal system I knew little about.
This is so important when you have someone dealing with such personally and stressful situations on your behalf.
Without that trust in your solicitor, things would be worse than they already could be. Melissa was also really good at explaining the complicated systems that were dealing with my case.
For a period of time I lost Melissa as she moved firms. Her attention to detail and care for my case made me seek her to continue to represent me. I was so distressed, I sought legal advice and was encouraged to find her, I did so and I was so relieved when she agreed.
She was consistent and thoughtful to my case throughout,
