Joanna Longfellow at JWP Solicitors has restored my faith in the legal profession. After a terrible experience with a previous firm, she took on the Probate applications for my late father-in-law and brother-in-law and managed to achieve, in a matter of weeks, what the previous solicitor hadn't been able to do in over a year. She and her team are friendly and professional and communication was excellent. I can't rate rate them highly enough - 10 stars!

Absolutely awful experience with JMW Solicitors. What should have been a straightforward 6-week property purchase has now dragged on for over 6 months – and we’re still not done.
Dealing with Shaun Singh has been incredibly frustrating. JMW clearly takes on far more work than they can handle, leaving clients dangling with little to no communication or progress. It feels like they just park your case and only respond when chased – and even then, nothing actually moves forward.
The incompetence is staggering. They ask for documents at the last minute that we either already sent months ago or that should have been requested from the start. There’s zero efficiency or organisation.
I would never, ever use this firm again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. They’ll happily take your money and then leave you in limbo.

Great experience with JWP Solicitors.
Excellent interpersonal skills with client, fully supportive, friendly, patient, informative while taking appropriate steps to progress the case to a closure. They have a good scope of services, I suggest you check out their website for more information, alternatively give them a call.
All in all a great experience, highly recommend!

We had wills & LPA's done with JWP, Lorna was very helpful professional & knowledgeable, she explained everything in layman's terms and made sure we understood everything, she was also very patient & understanding. Joanna also returned a call when Lorna was unavailable, after I called & she was also professional and helpful. The only reason I have dropped a star is the quality of some of the pages of the photocopied documents, they are very lopsided, and unprofessional for legal copies.

Firstly, thank you Malissa Portlock, and your team, for a great result at Huddersfield family Court. This was a upsetting time, a first for me in this position of being granted a Non Molestation Order due to a relationship breakdown along with Domestic Abuse against myself.
