She was patient with my many questions and provided honest feedback on the case.
She was readily available if I needed to contact her and regularly kept me informed and updated.
Sydnee provided advice and guidance but allowed me the room to make my own decisions.
Whether on my visits to the office or in court she helped put me at ease and feel supported during what was an extremely difficult time.

I was introduced to Lois at JWP during an incredibly difficult period of my life. Lois was understanding, knowledgeable and I always felt like I had someone on my side. She worked tirelessly to help me, whether it was replying to my many, many emails (even on weekends) or helping me with any issues I was having and taking her time to explain situations with the family court. I always felt that nothing was too much for Lois and I would always feel her support during anything that was thrown at me during the last 18 months. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor during the worst period of my life. I’ll forever be thankful for Lois.

25 years as a criminal solicitor, and struggles to comprehend and speak properly to someone on a 5 minute phone call. Save your money and spend it somewhere more professional.
I would advise anyone to ignore the reviews they have on trust solicitors, check the trust pilot reviews of both this company and that review site.
