I liaised with William re a then upcoming small claims track court case. William was polite, friendly, professional and always responded to my emails in a very helpful and prompt manner. He recommended two Advocate law firms as I was looking to hire a legal representative to represent me at court. I decided on SCS law who recommended an advocate for the hearing. I went on to defend my case in court and won. Additionally, the PQ Advocate managed to get my legal representative costs levied against the claimant, so not only did I win my case, but also managed to get my costs back. This, apparently, is very rare to have costs awarded to you when defending a case in the small claims court so extremely happy with the advise William initially offered and the law firm recommendations he gave to me.

Litigation / Dispute Resolution
I received an impeccable and professional service from William, efficient and empathetic to a stressful situation. I engaged William's services on a fixed fee basis, however, accept that my many many emails and questions fell outside of this remit. My only comment would be that my contract stated interim invoices would be issued on a monthly basis and I only received an invoice on the 3rd January 2024, having engaged services on the 11th September 2023. Interim invoices would have allowed me to keep track of my expenses. This is just for comment, the fees were justified for the time spent and are not in question.
