I was lucky enough to have William Cook as my solicitor on a really traumatic and tough case. William has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. He has been kind, empathetic and understanding. I've had various experiences with solicitors over the years and I've never dealt with anyone as lovely and professional as William. He would reply to every email within hours, always answered his phone or called me back and I always felt like he really cared about me and my situation. He made me feel like I was very important and I also know how much he wanted to get this resolved for me. I can't thank him enough for how he handled this case. I've been going through a lot of mental and physical health struggles throughout this time, which I shared very openly, and I can't imagine that was very easy to deal with. We received nothing short of an exceptional service and given to the logistical problem of being in another country, dealing with a tenant who refused to move out made the problem even more difficult. Thanks to Mullins & Peake and their staff we were able to remove the tenant within 3 months of them coming on board. Previously we had spent 7 months trying to remove the tenants and got nowhere. I thoroughly recommend their services and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
