I am a senior paralegal specialising in domestic abuse and private law children matters. I can help clients who are experiencing any type of domestic abuse. This can include sending warning letters to the other party; applying for an injunction called a Non-Molestation Order; or applying for an Occupation Order to enable you to remain in your home. I can enter into negotiations with the other parent to formalise the arrangements for the children or assist and represent you in court if it is necessary to obtain a Child Arrangement Order to formalise the children live with you and/or spend time with the other parent. I can also assist if you seek a divorce. I love being able to obtain a successful outcome for my clients whether this be negotiating arrangements or representing at court. I have good relationships with a lot of agencies in the Sefton area, particularly Sefton Women’s & Children’s Aid, Sefton IDVA, and the Sefton Migrant Community. When not in work, I follow Liverpool FC. I enjoy reading biographies and going on holiday!
