Work Injury

Accident at work
Such a professional service delivered throughout. Great detail and explanation with clear advice was received whilst my case was ongoing. Fast, efficient first class service with excellent detailed communication. Wonderful personal touch with constant direct contact from Diane who went above and beyond my expectations to ensure a smooth outcome of my case. Brilliant
Dianne has helped me so much in my case. She is a wonderful solicitor, she’s friendly and extremely approachable and she’s managed my case with extreme care. She is a real testament to the company. Nelsons Solicitors, Dianne Collins , Historical Abuse.
My experience with Dianne Collins, Nelsons solicitors has been positive from the outset.
I contacted Dianne in relation to Historical abuse that I received as a child . Dianne was empathetic, understanding and very supportive . This continued throughout, to the end . Dianne completed all paperwork on my behalf, advocated for me and kept me updated throughout the process. I felt comfortable with sharing sensitive information with her as she showed me the ultimate respect and time needed to move forward with my case. Dianne from the outset had belief in what I was telling her and she believed in me , which meant the world. The process was long , however that was not down to Nelson’s it was down to factors such as gaining documents ect from third parties. The outcome was positive for me , I was awarded a significant amount of monies and acknowledgement from CICA based on my trauma as a child. I urge anyone who needs a positive experience and support, to instruct Dianne Collins or Nelsons to act on your behalf. They are professional, caring, efficient, I felt completely valued as an individual, resulted in a positive outcome. It made a world of difference to know that you treated as an individual and believed in. Absolutely outstanding service.

Highly Recommend Nelsons
I was involved in a Sporting Accident in early 2020 , I sustained multiple injuries and contacted Nelson's to assist me with my Situation.
Dianne Collins was my Solicitor and without her help I would not have received the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation which has led me to make a 95% Recovery - I would highly recommend that if you are involved in an accident which was no fault of your own and you have sustained injuries contact Nelsons - I can't thank them enough for all the support through my case

Great communication
I contacted Dianne Collins after hearing Aston Hall had been exposed. She took me on as a client straight away. She's been great all along the process. Dianne has answered my emails very quick, and even imediately sometimes. Even when they've not always been really to with my compensation claim.
