Specialising in acting for purchasers of new build properties, the majority of Zoe’s clients are first time buyers using Help to Buy. She particularly enjoys guiding first time buyers through the conveyancing process and believes communication and providing excellent client service are the most important aspects of her role. Being conscientious and thorough, Zoe always endeavours to ensure her clients receive the best possible service with the highest level of customer care. She prides herself in providing such a service and gets a great sense of achievement out of doing the best job she possibly can for each and every client. Thackray Williams acted as our solicitor for the purchase of a property. Lucy helped us throughout the journey. The communication via phone and email was excellent. My wife and I have had an amazing experience with Thackeray Williams from start to finish. Zoe and Kimberley have been unbelievably efficient and have made the whole process of buying a house for the first time painless. We were so anxious about it all but Thackray sorted everything for us and any questions we had were answered very promptly, I would recommend this solicitor to anyone purchasing a property whether nee build or not and will be using them going forward if everything needed! Thackray Williams have been a massive help with our purchase of our property. As first time buyers the process can be a bit daunting but with the help of Zoe, Kimberley and Lauren they made the process a breeze!

Thackray Williams provided an exceptional service from reservation to completion. Being first buyers, we were relatively inexperienced with the whole process of buying a property, however, our apprehension was nullified based on the advice we received from the team. I would like to point attention to Kimberley who was diligent and patient with us throughout. She answered all emails and calls promptly with reassurance. Zoe and Lauren also assisted in making our house purchase a smooth process. Highly recommend for first time buyers.

Thackeray Williams is most definitely superb. Throughout the pandemic they definitely kept our anxiety levels low by being informative and quite hands on as we purchased a house - Plot 120 😊.
