Our experience with WQ, the conveyancers our financial advisor recommended, was genuinely positive. They were fantastic at explaining everything clearly and guiding us through the entire process, which really made a complex situation feel much more manageable. We truly valued their expert knowledge and how they were always open to discussing the best approach for our property transaction.
If we had to offer a couple of thoughts for refinement, we felt that communication between all parties could have been a touch quicker. Also, while their attention to detail was excellent, perhaps a little more vigilance with documents provided by third parties might be beneficial. That in-person meeting with our solicitor, however, was incredibly reassuring and really helped put our minds at ease.
Overall, WQ delivered a solid service, and we would certainly make use of their services again.
