My partner and I found the process to be very smooth and efficient. This was down to Katie and the team working with her. Katie is a lovely young lady and was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. She gave us lots of advice and covered aspects of making a Will that we didn't even think about. She made the whole process a lot easier than we expected and answered any questions that we had making us feel reassured and comfortable throughout the process. Thank you very much for your help.
