Seeking to appoint a Solicitor, many practices didn't even return a call. Biscoes, in contrast, were helpful from the start. Straightforward, professional advice; excellent communication; and they even allowed our little dog into a meeting!

I found that my solicitor was very helpful and it was very reasonable for the cost of finding the information out.

After an encouraging initial meeting. I employed biscoes services to deal with a complex matter. I provided the company with all the information they needed and
Instructed them to act. Unfortunately this is when they failed to deliver any service simply forgetting me as the client or their legal obligations. They took payment and I never heard from them again. I chased them and eventually 6 months after instruction discovered they had not done a thing and had missed the window of opportunity to conclude my case. Pandemic being the excuse for their oversight.
They did not communicate with me and would have happily kept the charade up of acting a my solicitors if I hadn't called them out.
No apology, no Accountability and did not care he their actions have had a detrimental effect on my case and life. Some thing that is still not resolved and ongoing.
I would not employ or recommended this solicitors.
