Firstly I would like to say, if it were possible I would give Slee and Blackwell Solicitors a five star plus rating.. My probate case was slightly complicated, as it was originally being dealt with by Chatterton's solicitors in Lincolnshire. It was to do with my late father's estate, I needed to establish proof of my relationship with my late father to inherit the estate. My uncle who at the time of my late father's death lived in Africa, put the estate in the hands of Chatterton's Solicitors in Lincolnshire denying I existed, my uncle then passed away before probate was completed. As my father had not had anything to do with me at all, the only reason I found out he had passed away was through another family member. I contacted Chatterton's explaining the situation, and to cut a very long story short they were completely unhelpful and dismissive, even though I had conclusive proof from the court of him being my late father. If I were able to give Chatterton's a review it would be 0 star plus but I would like to thank them for the 2 years of my time they wasted while they passed me on from solicitor to solicitor with the same negative outcome saying they needed more and more proof as far as I can see the only thing they did for me was hold funds in their account and charge sixteen thousand pounds plus for the privilege. Not knowing where else to go I contacted Slee and Blackwell and Spoke to Holly, explained my situation and asked if she would be able to proceed on a no win no fee basis it must of taken around 10 minutes for her to get back with a positive answer and all the way through she has been absolutely fantastic. So all that remains for me to say is a very Heart felt thank you and a happy Christmas to you Holly and all at Slee and Blackwell... Thank you.
