I went to court with the support of a solicitor I had not met. It was evident he had done his research and knew how to approach the offence. The outcome was better than anyone could have hoped for. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.

Found Damien very pushy to take a guilty plea which in turn meant they would not show evidence including the parts where police were brutal. I then was judged on a edited video/staged video put forward by procescution It would seem I would have had only one to two charges insted of 4 When Damien was instructed to retrieve evidence that I asked to see he took 2 mins for a 20plus minute video then told me I couldn't see it as no time then made me feel that was my only choice Yes it's an advice only however his direction seemed more for the procescution than me Also he is double the price compared to all I had spoke with at the time

I accumulated 9 points and then got caught again so had a letter for court. I spoke with Damien after he represented a friend on similar in the past with success. He was a breath of fresh air from day one and made me feel comfortable throughout. His advice was perfect and when represented in court we got the right result. Faultless to be honest and I’m normally a critical person. 10/10

On behalf of my family, I cannot recommend M&A Solicitors highly enough. We accepted Damien Morrison as the Duty Solicitor and thank goodness he was there. In those initial few days Damien was wonderful in supporting us all, but also being open, honest and straight talking in his advice. The case was passed over to Liam Hassan, and wow, Liam – THANK YOU! Liam got my family the best possible outcome for the case at Crown Court, I would go as so far as to say this man can perform miracles. Liam is everything you want in a person you are working with (and it did feel like that) – open and timely communication without complex or fuss, honesty, humility and just what you need in a solicitor - impeccable knowledge of the legal system and the ability to build a case. You know very occasionally when you meet someone who restores your faith in human kind, gives you a kick in your step. Adam from M&A. Thought I was doomed but he totally turned things around for me in court. Just amazing and such a relief. This is definitely the law firm you need. Met Damien too, also wonderful. They made me want to be a better person.

I have had the VERY great pleasure and honour of having three lawyers from m and a solicitors now. Keith who came to the police station at the drop of a hat and who i was so glad to have there otherwise I would have been well and truly hoodwinked by the police! Louise who had to painstakingly comb through 183 pages of medical records for me and compile a case and Damien who ultimately walked me out of the courtroom free as a bird when i had a backpack packed for prison and everything! Absolutely cannot recommend these fine ladies and gentlemen enough and I truly thank them for their immense work I am truly grateful I can go home to my three kids and my three very excited dogs !!!
