Liam Hassan was brilliant in dealing with my points totting up case for my drivers license. I very much needed to keep it and he put together the best plea for the magistrates. He was there for me all the way through. Easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any queries from me. In court, he asked the right questions of me when I was giving evidence making it easy for me to put into words why I was in need of my license. I had a false harrasment case bombarded on me by a victimiser because I no longer wanted anything to do with that person and she thought it would be a good idea to try and fabricate the truth to get me into trouble with the police.

I needed a solicitor based in York and phoned a few and most were ridiculously priced, one wanted 3 grand to attend a police interview 😂.

Anyhow I was actually a little worried about the case although I knew I was innocent because I had moved on with my life with my current partner I have a security badge so have things to loose and the accuser is the type of person who will play victim for everything . I have ADHD and speak quite fast especially when stressed so when I first contacted Liam from this firm Liam was absolutely fantastic and he unequivocally calmed me down just over the phone. He is the type of solicitor who will tell you how the situation is and not fake like a lot of solicitors I've used in the past and he's someone who I'd trust just of a phone conversation alone

Liam reassured me he'd have a solicitor with me to go to the police interview with after giving me free phone advice. Jess met me at York police station and explained everything to me and was absolutely lovely lady. Jess On behalf of M&a kept me upto date on the case and I was granted NFA. I listened to Jess and followed her advice to my best of my ability.

I really would want to use M&A in future if needed, everybody I've interacted from this ferm are lovely from the reception lady, to Jess and Liam. There's a reason these guys have great reviews, definitely the ferm I'd want defending me. I don't Ive in York but I will come here first if I'm ever in a legal altercation again.
