Superb advice and litigation options under extremely difficult circumstances on a disputed account. Very proactive at short notice in particular to find a replacement Barrister and Court at short notice. The opposite solicitor practice and clients were unprofessional in waiting until the last moment to serve a Winding Up Application leaving 2 days to act. The dispute as the Judge stated should not be in his Court, castigated their deliberate method of blackmail on a very solvent company.
