After 11 years of working in the industry and progressing from a Sales Consultant to a Negotiator then onto Management, I had the opportunity to create a hands-on, supportive and hardworking approach to Management. Over time, I became increasingly focused on finding an organisation whose values aligned with my own. Watermans and their commitment to their values stood out to me, and that alignment made the opportunity feel like a natural next chapter in my career."
