I requested Sydney Mitchell Solicitorsto carry out the property assent in line with the passing of my late Wife. On studying the will it came to light that was the Trust that had been set up incorrectly. The only way around the problem was to make a deed of variation to the original will. I am grateful to the solicitors of Sydney Mitchell for their explanation in the terms of the deed.
