My experience was pleasant I will say. From the Start of consultation to finally obtaining the final order of divorce I received clear guidance and support most needed. first with Sandra and then passed on to Danielle whom I did not even see face to face but she was very pleasant to talk to and guided me appropriately. I am grateful for all the excellent service I received from both Sandra and Danielle finally. Much appreciated and will recommend her services to anyone.

I used Sinclair Law as a family law solicitors when i was having issues with a separation and the dividing of assesses and property. My first point of contact was Michelle who arranged my meeting and was very clear on what i needed to provide and how to prepare for the consultation. At the time of the consultation not only was Sandra (Solicitor i met with) incredibly knowledgeable, clear in her explanations in covering all my questions but she was also very empathetic and could see how the situation was effecting my well being which made her even more approachable for me to be able to voice my concerns over the issues i was having. The advice and help she provided was enough to sort out my situation as i was able to relay the facts to my ex partner on what was and wasn't acceptable in a way that was clear to understand, factual and to the point. I wouldn't have been able to present this information without the clear explanation i was given. I would not hesitate to use Sinclair Law in the future if i needed them and i would like to say thank you to them for all of their help it was invaluable and saved me a lot of confusion and distress during a very difficult ordeal.

In fact the advice made us realise that at this point in time we did not need a solicitor, but will definitely be recommending to everyone and will use again when needed! I required a new will to be drafted and Ali was the solicitor who did so. He was extremely professional; knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and personable. Many may say that wills can be written for less money or even by yourself however as I have found as both a law student and in the case of my own will, often what appears to be simple may in fact require concise drafting to ensure that it is very clear what your instructions and wishes are. Executors often have an onerous task in ensuring that your wishes are carried out exactly as you wanted them to be. By having a will that is drafted properly and clearly, their burden is relieved somewhat. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the team at Sinclair Law regularly meet and discuss the instructions that they are individually working on, allowing them to clarify points and issues that may cause confusion, and finding the best way to draft the client’s wishes. Most solicitors can draft a will so that your instructions are composed in a legal document but not all will consider the potential scenarios or misunderstandings that may arise after your death. This obviously takes far more time and effort than simply adapting a standard template to suit each client but Ali made sure that he considered what is best for his client and took the time to explain everything to me. Ali and the team had considered that my wishes may cause some confusion and so found a way of drafting it so that it would be very clear and simple for my executors to carry out. I was very impressed with Ali and his dedication to his work. I would most definitely recommend him and the team at Sinclair Law
