Jane Joined Jordans Solicitors' Child Abuse Compensation department in March 2016. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and has over 20 years’ experience of dealing with a wide range of Personal Injury cases. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She has experience of dealing with child abuse compensation claims and deals with a range of cases including local authorities, children’s homes, schools, charities, youth organisations, football clubs and religious organisations. Jane also advises clients in respect of CICA and child sexual exploitation claims. Jane represents Jordans Solicitors on the Steering Group of Solicitors which has been instrumental in securing compensation for former detainees of Medomsley Detention Centre and has worked closely with the Ministry of Justice in the development of the Physical Abuse Compensation Scheme for former detainees of Medmomsley. She finds the work rewarding and prides herself for working hard to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Jane is a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.
