She is meticulous in her work and will help people as much as she can through situations that they are finding stressful. Marina’s work often involves high-value properties where unfortunately professional indemnity insurance costs much more and therefore Marina is unable to give you a discount as she has to take the professional indemnity insurance costs into account in her fees. She is highly experienced in acting on lease extensions for both tenants and landlords.
