Me and my partner have recently bought our first home and were very nervous about the legal process side of things specifically. However, all our concerns were put to bed in record time through Leah's exceptional communication from start to finish! Great experience from start to finish. Everything went smoothly with no issues whatsoever.
I have used Apex Law before and previously had a very positive experience, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. Unfortunately, my most recent experience, where Ismail handled my transaction, has been extremely poor from start to finish. The level of communication was well below what I would expect from a solicitor. There were long periods with little or no updates, and when communication did happen, it was often inaccurate or misleading. The most frustrating part was that incorrect information was provided to our mortgage lender, which unnecessarily complicated what should have been a straightforward transaction. Rather than helping move the process forward, it felt like every stage became more difficult because of poor communication and a lack of understanding of the situation. I genuinely cannot believe how badly this matter was handled. I spent far too much time correcting misunderstandings and chasing for updates instead of relying on my solicitor to manage the process professionally. Based on my previous experience with Apex Law, I know the firm is capable of providing a good service. However, this particular transaction was a complete contrast and has left me extremely disappointed. I hope the firm reviews how cases are managed, as no client should have to experience this level of unnecessary stress. UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, matters became even worse following my original review. Ismail ultimately decided that he would no longer act for us, and we have now instructed a new solicitor to take over the transaction. And, would you believe it, the transaction is now progressing as planned. The new solicitor has reviewed the company structure, source of funds and information we provided and has been able to understand the position and progress the matter quickly. This is particularly frustrating considering Ismail had been dealing with this transaction for around seven months, during which time the whole process became increasingly complicated and stressful. Apex Law will no doubt have their own version of events and may seek to place responsibility for the delays on me. However, from my perspective, the fact that another solicitor has now picked up the same transaction, reviewed the information and is progressing it quickly speaks for itself. I repeatedly provided information, answered questions and tried to get the matter moving. My experience was one of poor communication, repeated requests and unnecessary complications. Having now experienced the difference since changing solicitors, I personally would not use Apex Law again and could not recommend them based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward transaction became an incredibly painful and frustrating seven-month process. If you are considering using this firm, my advice would be to read the reviews and make your own decision. I certainly wish I had. One star remains generous based on my experience.
Excellent service
The whole transaction has been delayed due to Ismail being IMPOSSIBLE to reach and not responding to emails or phone calls. This lack of communication is causing so much stress and upset, and is making it extremely difficult for the solicitors in the chain who are trying to keep everything moving forward.

I have waited nearly 2 weeks for letter about there fees still haven't got it they don't call you you have to call them and they don't tell you what's going on and the service is not good at all. I will never use this service again.
