I wish I could give less than a star.
Almost 4 months in since submitting my application for a remortgage and I've had no communication from anyone at the firm. I'm constantly calling, getting transferred and not being able to get in contact with the person that is supposedly dealing with our application. The initial process was being handled by a Ryan Allen and I chased him for about 2 months with hardly any response. Only to then be told that it was passed on to Ismail Gozde. I've tried getting hold of Ismail since February and yet no resonse or acknowledgement from him. I've just got off the phone to both the Rainham and Bexleyheath branch and to no avail or solution. I asked for Ismail's email address and this was not provided.
I've since sent an email to Ryan asking for a refund as we no longer wish to use their service. Still no response. The worst type of customer service is to be ignored and not have the service provider take accountability.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

If I could give them 0 then I would. If you want to chase every day and never receive an update after them saying they’d call you back then these are the people for you. Avoid at all costs and pay extra elsewhere for someone competent. They are useless!

This is the worst solicitors i have used ,first they do not answer calls 10 times different times different days got through once i will get someone to ring you back obviously they don't have dialing out facilities it might be the same with there broadband they cannot reply to a email
after a lot of digging about found my solicitor was not there .nice of them to tell me if you want something done give this lot a wide berth and go to someone else

Professional, friendly, approachable, helpful, unbiased, trustworthy, solicitors. I have used for house sale and purchases several times, every time it's been stress-free and explained properly and completed without any problems.

Absolutely the worst experience no one gets back to you , you have to chase and beyond rude , please don’t use them.
We were awaiting deeds as well 6 months later no deeds ring to chase been sitting there for months despite being told they had not been received, being sent out now.
Stay well clear
