Commercial Lease
Owen Walsh was a pleasure to deal with, efficient and always available to give advice when I needed to speak to him.
All costs were clearly laid out before work commenced and the final bill was exactly as expected.

Outstanding SErvice Provided
We dealt with Owen Walsh in the main and also Gareth Collins - a reasonably complex transaction which was handled professionally and with pace by both. Clear communication and speedy responses kept us fully informed throughout. Understandably these things do take time to complete, however being kept informed and emails responded to the same day and with clear and easy to understand responses took away any pressure we felt during this process.
