THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. TESSA GRAYSON IS AWFUL

I mean this whole heartedly, THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. I am saying this EVEN THOUGH I ACTUALLY WON MY CASE! I feel my personal persistence won my case, not the work of DMH Stallard or Tessa Grayson. They are awful in communication, change solicitors multiple times, take YEARS to sort a situation, do not advise well or correctly, came across rude and rude to witness. TESSA GRAYSON IS AWFUL. Did not even congratulate me in winning my case!

If you have to use a no-win, no-fee solicitors, which I recommend not doing (as you can probably win the case by yourself), I would recommend Fletchers Solicitors - who I have used on 2 different cases and beyond winning my cases, they have acted professionally AND MADE ME FEEL THEY WERE IN MY CORNER NOT THE MONEY ONE!

Rachael and her team were extremely helpful

This review is for a different branch.

Solicitors scare me; they usually use terminology I don't understand and they can be very expensive. However, I had to use them because I was being denied money from my ex through a house sale and they helped me through the process of getting a fair financial consent order.

I did gather quotes from other solicitors and although they weren't the cheapest, they were very fair! They took into account my low wage and the fact I had no savings. They tried to keep it as low cost as possible.

What got me interested in using DMH Stallard was Rachael. She met with me on a teams call and I found her very personable. I was never made to feel like an idiot, she answered all my questions honestly and Rachael and her team were always contactable.

They fought in my corner, gave me so much advise and explained anything I quired clearly.

I highly recommend.

Our experience with this firm when it was Griffith Smith was not very pleasant. We felt they did not respect our points of view, or barely listened to them, & the plethora of mistakes they made we were obliged to pay for. They also disregarded what was written in our statement, putting their own spin on it, & making it seem as if we were to blame. It took years for the company to resolve our issue & then they presented us with a huge bill. Not impressed.

Julia Macey and her team have been my go-to solicitor for three sales and purchases. Very easy to communicate with and a straightforward approach, I highly recommend DMH stallard as a sensible alternative to the big on-line conveyancers sold to you by your commission based agent! Although so much is out of a conveyancers control, Julia and the team kept us well informed throughout. Thank you!

It’s been long and protracted ( in our eyes) but your support during pigeon gate and the roof guarantee delay was appreciated. I really appreciated your human side when I explained the unexpected loss of my sister and the impact of the delays to sellers aged nearly 85!

I’m sure in your profession testimonials are usually more about efficiency, responsiveness and thoroughness, which I praise you on too, but being an empathetic human is much more of a compliment in my eyes.

You represented the Churchill partnership really well and you were the ‘can do’ approach for us.
