We used Fieldings Porter when buying a new house having previously used their services and been particularly impressed by Julie Shepherd. She was incredibly efficient and gave frequent updates. Julie clearly explained the process at each stage, was happy to answer questions and provided easy to understand legal advice. We experienced some issues with the buyers of our property; including change of buyer, slow to engage, buyer's solicitor changed at the last minute. I was concerned that this would delay our moving date. Julie was wonderful! She was professional and no-nonsense, and drove the whole process forward. She sorted out issues with the buyer's solicitor and ensured that we were able to complete and exchange as planned. I would highly recommend Julie. Without her, I doubt we would have been able to move on time. Thank you so much.
