I joined the firm in July 2016 having trained at a large firm in Birmingham and qualified there in September 2015. I work in our Charity and Not for Profit team and advise the charity and not for profit/voluntary sector on all aspects of their operations. I previously worked for the Charity Commission providing advice and guidance to charities on administrative, governance and regulatory matters. This included guiding charities through dissolution, amendments to governing documents and sales of charity land. In my role, I also delivered training to the sector about the various legal and regulatory obligations charities must comply with, including delivering training directly to trustees and to voluntary council employees.
