Sabrina Morey qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having attained a first-class law degree at Birmingham City University before completing her masters at the University of Law in Bristol. She is a member of our contentious probate team, acting for both claimants and defendants in a range of inheritance disputes, including challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between trustees and executors and beneficial interest cases, such as proprietary estoppel and TOLATA claims. Sabrina understands that bringing or defending a claim is often a very emotional and stressful time for clients, so she aims to make her advice clear and easy to understand. She also believes in delivering a cost-effective service, and strives to settle cases at an early stage using alternative dispute resolution where possible.
