The company took on my claim. The solicitor dealing with my claim delayed paperwork on several occasions before leaving the company without me being informed. These delays caused me to miss court deadlines resulting in me being unable to make a claim.

No details could be found of the work supposedly done and I was advised the company could no longer help as deadlines had now been missed
