Prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. After a protracted, infuriating experience with a much larger national chain, we switched to Kitsons and they began and wrapped the entire process in a little over 5 weeks. Alana was friendly, helpful and responsive the entire time. Highly recommended.

House sale & purchase
Was recomended kitsons by estate agents for services with house sale and purchase.
Alana was great, very professional even offering to video call my parents on a Sunday to confirm their ID as my mum could not come into the office.
Overall my experience was very good and I would highly recommend kitsons, my only comment would be, a weekly/biweekly email or update would have been useful so as not to keep bothering by asking.

I have received professional service . They were very helpful. Helped me with the issue professionally an d quickly . I hope I wont need the help of solicitors in the future but if I do I will turn to Kitsons
and will recommend them to my aqaintance and friends .
