Dear Sirs I engaged your company after a recommendation to carry out some legal work for me,always finding it difficult to find a decent solicitor.I am elderly and having a complicated time,with health and sorting out legal issues regarding my estate.The transaction wasn't difficult but the third party's solicitor made it very problematic,lots revolved around a prompt completion.I was most unwell and stressed, Pollyanna dealt with it for me, I wasnt the nicest at times but what an amazing lady,not only her expertise but her kindness,compassion and strength went far beyond what I expected or thought from a solicitor, I was under a lot of pressure and stressed but I was extremely fortunate that I was recommended to your company.Thank you so much.
